Job summary

Asterism IT Solutions LLC seeks an experienced EHR Business Analyst to support EHR initiatives, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvements across clinical, operational, IT, and compliance stakeholders in Oklahoma City.

The role focuses on documenting requirements, developing SOPs and process maps, supporting UAT, and tracking risks and dependencies to ensure successful implementations. On-site presence three days a week is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and prioritization.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow documentation, and process mapping.
• Ability to develop reports, SOPs, requirements docs, and risk analyses.
• Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Onsite in Oklahoma City at least 3 days per week.
• In-person interview preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and maintain business, clinical, operational, data, and reporting requirements.
• Conduct requirements sessions and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
• Translate needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Analyze current and future workflows to identify gaps and improvements.
• Develop process maps, business rules, use cases, SOPs, and gap analyses.
• Support UAT, test scenarios, defect tracking, and validation.
• Prepare executive reports, risk analyses, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers to track requirements, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Support multiple EHR initiatives and enhancements.
