Job summary

Datanetiix Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced EHR Business Analyst to drive cross-functional requirements for EHR initiatives across the organization. You will gather, analyze, document, and validate business and clinical requirements with stakeholders and the Project Manager.

Hybrid role in Oklahoma with a 7-month contract. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, data, compliance, and program teams to deliver clear, actionable specifications and oversee process improvements

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, prioritization, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Experience developing process maps, workflow documentation, SOPs, executive-level reports, and risk analyses.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and clinical requirements across EHR initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and stakeholders from clinical, operational, IT, data, compliance, and program teams.
• Support the design, validation, and implementation of EHR enhancements and workflows.
• Prepare executive-level reports and risk analyses to inform decision-making.
