Job summary

Vitaver & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Oklahoma City, OK. This temporary project requires 3 days per week onsite, with potential extensions beyond 12 months.

The candidate will lead requirements gathering, map current and future workflows, and develop executive-level reports while coordinating with the Project Manager to ensure successful EHR initiatives and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience with requirements gathering sessions and prioritization.
• Experience with process improvement, mapping, and workflow documentation.
• Experience developing executive-level reports.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Willingness to relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, prioritize, and maintain requirements for EHR initiatives and enhancements
• Translate stakeholder needs, workflows, and desired outcomes into clear, testable requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to reconcile differing needs and document decisions
• Support validation of configured EHR functionality through workflow review, test scenario development, and user acceptance testing
• Document and analyze current- and future-state workflows to identify gaps, impacts, and process improvement opportunities
• Develop process maps, business rules, use cases, requirements matrices, and gap analyses
• Coordinate business analysis activities and communicate requirements status, risks, and issues with the Project Manager.

Work Setting: Hybrid, 3-4 days/week onsite in OK

Required:

• Availability to work 3 days/week at the Client's site in Oklahoma City, OK;
• Experience with business analysis (3-5 years)
• Experience with requirements gathering sessions and business requirements prioritization
• Experience with process improvement, process mapping, workflow and SOP documentation, and risk analysis
• Experience developing executive-level reports
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, healthcare administration, or a related field

Preferred:

• Experience with federal/state government, public health, or healthcare environments
• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or healthcare administration (MHA)
• Lean Six Sigma, project management, change management, business analysis, or related professional training or certification.
