Job summary

Quantam Solutions is seeking an EHR Business Analyst in the Oklahoma City area for a hybrid schedule (minimum three onsite days per week). Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in government, public health, healthcare, or similar service environments.
• Experience developing executive-level reports, process maps, workflows/SOPs, and risk analyses.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder; Oklahoma residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, prioritize, and maintain requirements for EHR initiatives and related capabilities.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable, solution-neutral requirements.
• Distinguish business/clinical needs from current-system limitations and preferences.
• Analyze needs across programs to identify shared requirements and standardization opportunities.
• Facilitate discussions to reconcile differences and document decisions or exceptions.
• Lead stakeholder reviews to confirm accuracy, completeness, and priorities.
• Support validation of configured functionality via workflow reviews, UAT, and defect documentation.
• Document current- and future-state workflows; support development of process maps and use cases.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to plan activities, reviews, and testing; communicate status and risks.
• Provide BA support across concurrent EHR initiatives including new capabilities and workflow changes.
