Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University seeks a strategic IT leader to oversee the design, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise EHR and related clinical applications. This role aligns application strategy with organizational goals to optimize clinical workflows, provider experience, and patient outcomes across the health system.

The position partners with senior clinical and operational leaders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption of technology

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years in information services or healthcare IT projects.
• Experience with large-scale implementations/upgrades and project budgeting.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise EHR and clinical applications.
