Job summary
Jefferson Health is seeking a strategic technology leader to design, develop, implement, and govern enterprise EHR and related clinical applications. You will align application strategy with patient care goals, drive adoption, and ensure interoperability across the health system.
Collaborating with senior clinical and operational leaders, you will define requirements, manage budgets, and oversee vendor partnerships while championing innovation and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; healthcare experience preferred.
- Advanced degree in CS or healthcare is an asset.
- Epic Certification or equivalent EMR expertise is highly desirable.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary IT projects.
Responsibilities
- Leads strategic design and lifecycle management for enterprise EHR and clinical apps.
- Oversees requirements gathering, prioritization, and adoption of tech solutions.
- Governs configuration, integration, and interoperability across systems.
- Drives governance, budgets, vendor relations, and performance metrics.
- Mentors staff and champions innovative, efficient healthcare technology.
