Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with extensive implementation and support experience.
• 7+ years in Information Services or healthcare with large-scale implementations.
• Experience with project management, budgets, and ROI analysis.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional Collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Epic EMR implementation and related projects.
• Define requirements, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead change management, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics.
