The role partners with senior leaders to drive adoption, regulatory compliance, and interoperability across the health system.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and champion innovation to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years implementation and support experience in information systems/healthcare
• Experience in large-scale healthcare IT projects and budgets
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
• Strong communication and change-management capabilities
• Knowledge of enterprise EHR governance and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for design, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise EHR and related clinical applications
• Align application strategy with organizational goals to optimize clinical workflows and provider experience
• Govern configuration, optimization, and integration ensuring scalability and interoperability
• Lead teams in planning, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of applications while managing vendor relationships and budgets
• Drive adoption, regulatory compliance, and performance metrics across multidisciplinary teams
