Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year EHR application build, implementation and support experience.
• 4 years progressive experience in information services or healthcare operations.
• Experience with small to medium-scale implementations/upgrades.
• Test Plan development experience.
• Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience.
• Project Management of Large Initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify optimal technical solutions that integrate with existing systems.
• Prepare work plans for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Configure and maintain technical environments.
• Evaluate workflows for feasibility and issues.
• Develop clear specifications and documentation.
• Plan and execute comprehensive test scenarios.
• Assist in developing technology standards.
• Estimate resources required for tasks.
• Ensure tasks are completed by due dates or document variances.
