Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an EHR Application Analyst II to design, configure, implement and support diverse EHR content across ambulatory and inpatient modules. You'll collaborate with IT, clinical and business teams to ensure correct application functionality and timely delivery of projects.

The role requires building documentation, maintaining certifications, mentoring peers, and providing after-hours support as needed within a dynamic healthcare environment in Boston.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of direct EHR implementation and support experience; or 2-5 years of relevant operational experience with EHR apps.
• Ability to analyze large data sets effectively.
• Vendor certification for assigned applications/modules; 6 months to obtain if not certified.
• Experience with web-based applications and MS Office tools (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access).

Responsabilités

• Defines, documents, builds and maintains EHR content.
• Creates functional specifications and validates them with the business owner.
• Completes projects with supervision and develops project management skills.
• Escalates issues that affect deliverables.
• Maintains necessary certifications and stays current with EHR enhancements.
• Acts as liaison between IT, customers and vendors; participates in cross‑functional meetings.
• Prepares and maintains analysis, design, programming docs and user guides.
• Performs other duties as needed and provides on-call support.
• Mentors junior colleagues in application knowledge.
