Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an EHR Application Analyst II to design, implement, and support core EHR content across multiple modules. You will collaborate with business owners, IT teams and clinical staff to ensure accurate configuration and delivery of functionality.

The role demands strong communication, analytical thinking and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced health system environment. On-site work is expected with opportunities for growth within the EHR program.

Qualifications

• Defines, documents, builds and maintains EHR application content.
• Creates functional specification documents to create content within the EHR application and validates with business owner.
• Completes assigned projects and meets deadlines with supervision; develops project management skills.
• Escalates issues impacting deliverables.
• Maintains certifications for respective EHR application and keeps up with new functionality.
• Acts as liaison between IT, customers and vendors; participates in meetings across departments.
• Prepares and maintains analysis, design, programming, procedures and user guides.
• Provides on-call/after-hours support as required.
• Mentors junior colleagues in application knowledge.
