Job summary

Daybreak Foods, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Processing Line Worker for our egg processing facility. Under the direction of the Processing Supervisor, you will perform a range of duties to ensure high quality products and adherence to food safety standards.

Typical tasks include operating washers, transferring eggs, grading eggs, applying HACCP and GMP protocols, cleaning equipment, and assisting during breaks and clean up to maintain USDA-compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or processing desirable.
• Knowledge of safety programs and processes (e.g., Confined Space, LOTO, Hazcom).
• Ability to operate processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food safety and quality per HACCP, SQF and cGMP standards.
• Grade and route eggs, ensure smooth transfer through conveyors.
• Perform washer operations, chemical checks and foam control.
• Clean up and sanitation after production per USDA/GMP.
