Cooper Farms in Northwest Ohio is seeking a 2nd shift Egg Gatherer for the Willow Springs team in Oakwood. This entry level position trains on gathering eggs, caring for birds, and maintaining barn records in a supportive, family-owned environment.

Typical hours 11:30am-8:00pm, starting pay $18.30 per hour with potential raise after 90 days; includes monthly and year-end bonuses plus health and retirement benefits.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Gather eggs as directed and maintain barns.
• Care for birds per veterinary and manager guidance and maintain records.
• Perform general farm chores (laundry, trash, water/feeder checks).

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 2nd shift Egg Gatherer to join our Willow Springs team in Oakwood. SHIFT HOURS: Typically a 6-day work schedule, approximately 11:30am-8:00pm
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $18.30 with the potential of increasing to $18.55 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

• Gathering all eggs as directed and maintain barns
• Caring for birds per veterinary and manager guidance and maintain records
• General farm chores, including but not limited to: laundry, taking out trash, checking/cleaning waters and feeders, etc.
