Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a 1st shift Egg Packer/Stacker for its Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater, Ohio. Typical hours are Monday to Friday 6:00am–2:00pm with occasional Saturdays.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with potential to rise to $17.70 after 90 days and profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance. Job functions include packing eggs, verifying labels match packaging, and reporting labeling variances to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to lift between 25-50 pounds repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Pack cartons and flats of eggs in proper packaging material.
• Ensure case labels match carton/sleeve type and code date; place labels accordingly.
• Communicate any variance of carton dates or case labels to the Packer Operator or Processing Floor Lead.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Egg Packer/Stacker to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater, Ohio.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:00pm with occasional Saturdays

STARTING HOURLY RATE : $17.50 with the potential of increasing to $17.70 after 90 days.

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

• Packing cartons and flats of eggs in proper packaging material.
