Cooper Farms, a long‑standing family‑owned farm in Northwest Ohio, seeks a Hatch Team Member for Hatchery 2 in Oakwood. 1st shift, Mon–Fri 6:00am–2:00pm with rotating weekends. Entry level with on‑the‑job training and potential wage growth after 90 days.

Starting hourly rate is $17.30, increasing to $17.55 after 90 days. Monthly and year‑end profit bonuses, paid time off, and comprehensive insurance are offered. You will set and transfer eggs, wash tubs, and assist with hatch operations.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Hatch Team Member for Hatchery 2 in Oakwood.

SHIFT HOURS

Monday through Friday from 6:00am-2:00pm with rotating weekends.

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$17.30 with the potential of increasing to $17.55 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position.
