SHAZAM is seeking an EFTI Conversion Coordinator in Des Moines, IA to support onboarding and network conversion projects, coordinating activities and documentation with internal teams and vendors. You will help ensure smooth conversions and a positive customer experience through clear communication and proactive issue resolution.

This hybrid Des Moines role requires 1+ year of coordination experience, familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

This is a hybrid position based out of our Des Moines, IA office.

What we’re looking for:

SHAZAM is looking for an EFTI Conversion Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customer onboarding and conversion projects by coordinating implementation activities, managing documentation, and collaborating with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors. Working closely with Conversion Specialists, this role helps ensure successful project execution and delivers positive customer experience throughout the conversion process.

What you'll do:

• Support onboarding and network conversion projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate project activities, documentation, timelines, and communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist Conversion Specialists with meeting coordination, meeting minutes, status tracking, task management, and project updates.
• Review and process project documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Serve as a resource for customer and vendor configuration-related setup and questions during conversions.
• Monitor project deliverables and proactively identify potential risks, gaps, or process improvements.
• Assist with issue resolution, research, and post-conversion verification activities.
• Maintain accurate project records and update internal databases and systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to departmental procedures, documentation updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you need:

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a related role.
• Experience in the banking, financial services, or payments industry preferred.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM/project tracking tools.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams.
