Job summary

Acorn Stairlifts is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Agent to manage installation and service appointments in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on optimizing schedules, informing customers, and ensuring field personnel have the resources needed to complete jobs on time.

You will communicate across departments, confirm details with customers, and maintain daily scheduling operations while adhering to health, safety, and company standards. Paid training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of related experience or training preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn scheduling systems and client databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize schedules by grouping appointments geographically and minimizing drive time.
• Ensure 48-hour completion for customer breakdowns and schedule annual inspections.
• Coordinate with sales, field management, logistics, permitting, and scheduling leadership to support regional goals.
• Maintain daily scheduling operations: review pending orders, distribute tickets, schedule installable orders, and manage calls and voicemails.
• Adhere to health, safety, security, and operational standards while supporting changing business needs.
