Job summary

Acorn Stairlifts is seeking a Call Center Sales Agent in Orlando, FL, to drive revenue through high-volume outbound calls and inbound inquiries. You will promote annual service agreements, document interactions, and support customer needs with empathy.

You will deliver strong verbal communication, meet sales targets, and coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth maintenance and long-term relationships. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of related sales or call center experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals in a high-volume contact environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by making a high volume of outbound calls to existing stairlift owners to promote the value of an annual service agreement.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls—listening, identifying customer needs, and converting opportunities into sales.
• Deliver a positive and empathetic customer experience that builds trust and supports long-term relationships.
• Accurately document all interactions, update customer information, and ensure correct follow-up actions and dispositions.
• Partner with the Service department when customers report breakdowns or require maintenance.
• Consistently meet or exceed established sales metrics, including conversion rates, call volume, and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
