FedEx Office is seeking a Mail Services Specialist to handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels with accuracy and efficiency in a corporate setting. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Mail Services Specialist is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely handling of incoming and outgoing mail and parcels within a corporate, campus, or retail setting. This role ensures that all items are processed in accordance with company policies and industry standards, while providing excellent service to internal and external clients. The position will also provide a variety of support services associated with equipment, supplies and fulfillment based on customer account requirements. This role may have interaction with customers and must deliver a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. The Mail Services Specialist works with minimal instruction and supervision and interacts daily with customers, managers, team members and vendors accomplishing established business objectives.
The desired location for this position would beRiverwoods, IL. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.”

Pay: $18.35 - $21.57/hr
