Horace Mann invites motivated insurance professionals to join our team serving the educator market. This role offers the chance to build or grow your own business with strong brand support and a niche client base.

You can operate as an Exclusive Agent or Enhanced Exclusive Agent, with licenses in life, health, and P&C required, and FINRA licenses optional. You will access an existing book of business and immediate renewal income, with 1099 compensation and ongoing training and support.

Qualifikationen

• Active Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses are required for both Exclusive Agent options.
• Ability to obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 6 & 63) if applicable.
• Insurance or financial services experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation are crucial for success.
