Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized insurance quotes and exceptional service.
• Foster relationships with agents and respond to inquiries across channels.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors to process quotes and applications.
• Bind policies and secure approvals, payments, and signatures.
• Track and report key performance metrics and maintain quality reviews.
• Achieve production goals through client engagement and follow‑ups.
• Utilize sales techniques to maintain strong close ratios and service levels.
