Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Mail, Forms).
• Comfort learning new software tools quickly.
• A proactive, self-starting work style; you notice what needs fixing and act on it.
• A basic understanding of classical liberal political and economic theory.
• Genuine interest in economics, civics, or personal finance education and alignment with FEE's mission.

Responsibilities

• Keep engagement data current across Thinkific, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.
• Generate regular reports on user engagement.
• Review and verify registrations for programs and events.
• Maintain learning management platforms and upload resources.
• Use AI technologies to enhance data and educator efforts.
• Proofread curriculum resources for accuracy and alignment with the mission.
• Draft emails and flyers promoting curriculum and events.
• Monitor inbox and respond to educator inquiries.
• Coordinate shipping of curriculum and swag to clubs.
• Manage team calendar and track project timelines.
• Support scheduling and logistics for webinars and in-person events.
• Collect and organize post-event feedback and testimonials.
• Process Teacher Fellowship applications and coordinate interviews.
• Partner with Development, Marketing, Analytics & Technology on shared projects.
