Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking motivated candidates for its Recruiter Trainee Program in Phoenix, AZ. The program trains you in sourcing, screening, selecting and placing healthcare professionals, with mentorship from an experienced leader and team members.

During training you’ll be paid hourly ($22.27) for about 13 weeks; after completion you’re promoted to Recruiter 1 with a salary of $55,000 and uncapped commissions. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong, high value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Review and navigate the full onboarding workflow while developing familiarity with Amergis requirements and processes.
