Upon successful completion, you will advance to Recruiter 1, with an annual salary of $66,300 and uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast paced team with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients with timely assistance.
• Review and navigate onboarding workflows and learn Amergis processes.
