Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients.
• Review and navigate onboarding workflows while learning Amergis processes.
