During training, trainees are non-exempt and paid $21.26 per hour for the typical 13 weeks, with overtime possible at leadership discretion. After successful completion, you’ll be promoted to Recruiter 1 earning $52,500 with uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates using recruitment tech.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients.
• Review onboarding workflow and learn Amergis requirements and processes.
