Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrates initiative and independent judgment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and attention to detail with deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with faculty, staff, learners, and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the day‑to‑day operations of educational programs and initiatives.
• Assist with program planning, implementation, promotion, and evaluation to ensure achievement of educational goals.
• Support learners through curriculum coordination, scheduling, assessments, evaluations, and educational activities.
• Monitor program operations to ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to enhance program quality and participant experience.
• Manage administrative, operational, and financial activities related to the program.
