Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience/training.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong knowledge of health professions education policy and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage complex calendars, data entry, and reporting in electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program operations including teaching and learning activities, curriculum, learner scheduling, databases, and compliance tracking.
• Support program accreditation processes and documentation.
• Maintain accurate learner records and generate reports for leadership and accreditation bodies.
• Communicate professionally with learners, faculty, and staff; respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
