Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the surgical residency program.
• Manage resident recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, credentialing and evaluations.
• Organize conferences, didactic sessions, skills labs and related educational activities.
• Maintain accurate program records across institutional and regulatory systems.
• Support accreditation activities, reporting and communications with stakeholders.
