Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Occupational Therapist license (TABOT).
• CPR certification required.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs via OT assessments to determine student eligibility for services.
• Communicate evaluation findings to parents, educators, and stakeholders.
• Develop evidence-based IEP interventions to promote participation and skill development.
• Provide direct therapy or supervise COTAs in implementing IEP goals.
• Maintain detailed progress records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions.
