Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to empower students in educational settings. You’ll evaluate needs, develop interventions, and collaborate with IEP teams to promote participation and independence.

This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or as-needed), comprehensive benefits, and professional growth opportunities. Active Texas OT license and CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OT license issued by the Texas Advisory Board of Occupational Therapy (TABOT).
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs: OT assessments to determine student needs and eligibility.
• Communicate findings: share results with parents, educators and stakeholders.
• Develop interventions: collaborate with IEP team for evidence-based plans.
• Provide therapy: deliver direct services or supervise COTAs with IEP goals.
• Monitor progress: track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support team: participate in IEP meetings and conferences to advocate for students.
