MSD of Martinsville is hiring a technology support professional to assist staff and students in using instructional and administrative systems. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, tablets, printers, and interactive displays, respond to help desk requests, and help maintain inventory records.

The role requires emotional stability, sound judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer or communication skills.
• Ability to work with students and families.
• Experience in schools or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff and students for instructional and administrative technology.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, tablets, printers, interactive displays, and other equipment.
• Respond to help desk requests and maintain inventory records.
• Assist with network connectivity issues and classroom technology integration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the technology coordinator or administrator.
