Martin County Schools Central Office in Williamston, NC is seeking a Technology Assistant to deliver essential frontline IT support for staff and students. You will assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, device deployment, and inventory management in a fast-paced educational environment.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Technology and requires a proactive, customer-focused approach with strong teamwork and independent work capability.

Competenze

• Graduation from a two-year college or technical school with coursework in Technology.
• Twelve (12) months of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues in a school setting.

Mansioni

• Provide first-level technical support to school staff and students via phone, email, or in person.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, software applications, and drivers on school-owned devices.
• Maintain accurate records of technology inventory and assist with asset management.
