Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from a two-year college or technical school with coursework in Technology.
• Twelve (12) months of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to school staff and students via phone, email, or in person.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, software applications, and drivers on school-owned devices.
• Maintain accurate records of technology inventory and assist with asset management.
