You will mentor interns rotating through the Education Technology Center and escalate complex issues to the Education Application Analyst as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone, respond to emails within a shared mailbox, and process tickets in the Mayo Clinic ticketing system.
• Regularly review and maintain support documentation of Education systems.
• Explain basic concepts or procedures clearly to a diverse customer base.
• Mentor and coach interns rotating through the Education Technology Center.
• Escalate complex system issues to the Education Application Analyst.
