Job summary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree and IT training/experience; or an Associate degree with 3 years' IT experience.
• Prefer experience in enterprise data center environments and structured cabling.
• Experience supporting data center networking and storage technologies is desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support moderately complex systems software and hardware across Mayo sites.
• Monitor and respond to hardware/software issues and assist in capacity planning.
• Coordinate with vendor support and internal teams for outages and problem resolution.
• Produce and maintain system documentation and diagrams.
