Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year work experience in a systems or application support role, or at least five years experience with emphasis in Education.
• Strong oral and written communication; interact effectively with customers and understand needs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for Education Shield applications and modules across Education Technology Center.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and process tickets in the Mayo Clinic ticketing system; maintain documentation.
• Explain concepts clearly to a diverse user base and mentor interns rotating through the Center.
• Escalate complex issues to Education Application Analyst as needed.
