Job summary

The role involves collaboration with the management team on departmental educational and technical needs, providing technical training, developing a cardiac education curriculum, and supporting quality measures and QA/QI initiatives across the lab.

Qualifications

• Coordinate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of educational activities.
• Provide technical training for departments as needed.
• Develop and maintain cardiac education curriculum for internal staff and external customers.
• Serve as liaison for educational and technical needs of the department.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates and maintains quality measures and quality assurance initiatives.
• Assists staff with cardiac knowledge, technical problems and procedural issues.
• Works with management to address educational and technical needs of the department.
• May provide training for a variety of Mayo departments.
