Job summary

Crimson Education is seeking a full-time, fully remote role in the United States to guide students aged 11–14 through strategic academic planning and admissions readiness. You will lead a team to execute roadmaps, identify competitions, and communicate trends in university admissions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a Top US or UK university.
• Experience is preferred in education, coaching, or youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain strategic roadmaps; lead a team of experts.
• Identify age-appropriate competitions and activities; communicate admissions trends.
• Coach students 1:1 on academics, study skills, and career exploration.
• Support Crimson Rise program presentation to prospective clients.
