Job summary

Crimson Education is hiring a Crimson Rise Strategy Consultant to work 1:1 with young students (ages 10–14) and their parents, developing and executing academic, extracurricular, and personal growth plans aligned with desired pathways. You will lead a team of experts, identify suitable competitions, and communicate admissions trends to families.

The role is full-time and fully remote, with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute strategic roadmaps for the Rise program.
• Lead a team of experts to support roadmap execution.
• Identify age-appropriate competitions and activities for 10–14 year-olds.
• Communicate university admissions trends to families and teams.
• Partner with parents to ensure a high-quality service experience and tangible growth.
• Provide 1:1 holistic coaching covering study skills, career exploration, and project planning.
