Job summary

Crimson Education, a New Zealand-based edutech company, is seeking a full-time, fully remote Rise program advisor to start immediately. You will guide students aged 11-14 on pre-college strategy, course selection, and competitive admissions planning, while collaborating with parents and Crimson’s leadership.

The role emphasizes strategic roadmaps, team leadership, and holistic coaching, with a flexible, remote-first environment and opportunities for growth in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a top US or UK university is required or highly preferred.
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• 1+ years experience educating, coaching, or working with 11-14 year-olds.
• Entrepreneurial/competitions experience at high school/college level is strongly preferred.
• Track record of acceptances to top universities/private schools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and ensure execution on strategic roadmaps.
• Lead a team of experts to support roadmap execution.
• Identify age-appropriate competitions and activities.
• Communicate latest university admissions trends.
• Partner with parents to ensure quality service experience and growth.
• Provide holistic, consultant-led coaching 1:1: organization, time management, goal-setting, study skills, career research, project brainstorming, and reading guidance.
• Support Crimson's sales and marketing teams in presenting the Rise program to prospective clients.
