Job summary

Crimson Education is a New Zealand-based edutech company offering a global Rise program for students aged 11-14. This full-time, fully remote role starts immediately and involves guiding students in study strategy, curriculum choices, and competitive planning.

You will work with parents to ensure a high-quality service experience, while communicating admissions trends and partnering with Crimson’s leadership to scale impact worldwide.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a Top 30 US or Top 20 UK university.
• 2+ years professional working experience.
• 1+ years experience educating or coaching 11-14 year-olds.
• Entrepreneurial/competitions experience at high school/college level preferred.
• Track record of acceptances to top universities/private schools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide students in pre-college academic strategy, including assessing performance and proposing growth solutions.
• Lead a team of experts to support execution of strategic roadmaps.
• Identify age-appropriate competitions and activities for growth.
• Provide holistic coaching 1:1 on organization, study skills, and career research.
• Support Crimson's sales/marketing teams in presenting the Rise program to clients.
