Job summary

Crimson Education is seeking a Crimson Rise Strategy Consultant to work with students aged 10-14 and their parents to develop academic, extracurricular, and personal growth plans aligned with future pathways. You will lead strategic roadmaps and manage a team of experts to execute them.

The role emphasizes holistic coaching, 1:1 guidance, and keeping abreast of admissions trends. This is a full-time, fully remote position with an immediate start and diverse client exposure.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a Top 30 US or Top 20 UK university.
• 2+ years professional working experience.
• 1+ years experience educating, coaching, or working with 11-14 year-olds.
• Entrepreneurial/competitions experience at high school/college level preferred.
• Track record of acceptances to top universities/private schools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creating, maintaining, and ensuring execution on strategic roadmaps.
• Leading a team of experts to support execution of these roadmaps.
• Identifying age-appropriate, interest-aligned competitions and activities.
• Communicating the latest university admissions trends.
• Partnering with parents to ensure a quality service experience and tangible growth.
• Provide holistic, consultant-led coaching to students 1:1, including organization, time management, goal-setting, and study skills.
• Supporting sales and marketing teams across Crimson in understanding/presenting the Rise program to prospective clients.
