Job summary

Crimson Education is seeking a Head of Service for its Rise division to translate product vision into scalable, KPI-driven operations, onboarding systems, and training frameworks for a globally distributed team serving 500+ students.

You will lead the Rise leadership team and collaborate with Crimson Core, Honors, and Indigo to deliver VIP service, maintain high standards, and drive growth while working 100% remotely in US time zones.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a Top 20 US/UK university.
• 5+ years of professional experience with people management.
• Experience building operational systems from scratch.
• Experience with client-facing services and high-expectation clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and own scalable operational infrastructure for Rise at scale.
• Lead and develop the Rise leadership team and global strategy.
• Translate product vision into implementable processes and KPIs.
• Deliver VIP-level student service across 500+ globally.
• Collaborate with sales, Crimson Core, and enrichment teams.
