Job summary

Pearson is seeking a highly motivated Education Sales Representative to drive adoption of digital and print solutions across colleges and universities. You will combine campus visits with virtual outreach to connect with faculty, forecast progress in OneCRM (Salesforce), and work with specialist teams to implement program-wide solutions.

The role offers a remote work setup with about 50% travel, based in the Long Island, NY territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of outstanding sales performance in higher education or related market.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital, print, and service solutions to faculty and institutions.
• Meet or exceed territory sales targets and drive course adoption.
• Forecast and track performance in OneCRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with specialists and account executives to implement solutions.
• Conduct back-to-school campaigns to boost engagement.
• Travel to campuses (approx. 50%) and attend national meetings.
