Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience and entrepreneurial know-how.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address customer needs at all levels.
• Proven work ethic, team player, and ability to perform well from home.
• Willingness to travel within territory, including overnight stays (~30%).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication and excellent organizational skills.
• Great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers in the designated territory.
• Partner with internal resources to support needs and grow the business.
• Regularly call on customers within the territory and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Identify key customers and uncover their needs.
• Communicate effectively with HQ and sales channels to streamline processes.
• Represent Lakeshore at local, state, and national conferences.
