Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow our K–12 educational footprint across districts and programs. You will cultivate new and existing relationships, guiding schools from early childhood through high school markets.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a collaborative sales support team. Ideal candidates will be strategic, outcome-driven, and possess outstanding people skills, with 3+ years of sales experience and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience and entrepreneurial know-how.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% overnight within territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively from home.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in designated territory.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Regularly call on and maintain relationships with customers in the territory.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Target key customers and assess their needs.
• Communicate effectively with HQ departments and sales channels to streamline communication.
• Attend local, state, and national conferences to promote the Lakeshore brand.
