Amergis Healthcare Staffing is offering a Recruiter Trainee Program in New Jersey designed to build the fundamentals of recruiting—from sourcing to placing candidates. Trainees are non-exempt and paid $22.27 per hour during a typical 13-week training period, with overtime possible.

Upon successful completion, you transition to Recruiter 1 as an exempt employee earning a $55,000 salary with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong, high value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
• Support incoming calls from HCPs, SBPs, and clients with timely assistance.
• Review onboarding workflow and learn Amergis requirements and processes.
