Job summary

KeyStaff, Inc. is seeking a Support Staff Member in Del Valle, TX to coordinate and deliver an educational support program for students and families.

The role includes recruitment, advising, programming, college prep, documentation, and academic activities, with a focus on helping students achieve their educational goals. The candidate will assist with recruitment, IEPs, workshops, tutoring, and summer planning, working closely with the Program Director and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience with academic support programs, advising, and college exploration.
• Experience developing and coordinating student programs, events, and workshops.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program recruitment and outreach.
• Complete annual IEPs and needs assessments for participants.
• Develop and implement co-curricular programs for students and families.
• Provide weekly after-school tutoring support.
• Support monthly Saturday Instruction Sessions.
• Assist with summer program planning and activities.
• Guide students on college admissions and financial aid processes.
• Maintain participant files and program documentation.
• Track promotion, retention, and graduation of participants.
• Contribute to pre- and post-program evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
