Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• Valid Texas Teacher Certification is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
• Candidate must have satisfactory fingerprinting background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional development, training, and coaching to staff.
• Build campus staff capacity to manage behaviors.
• Support teachers with students needing intervention.
• Collect and analyze data to identify needs and measure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with school personnel to plan for modifications to student behavior.
• Assist administrators with behavior monitoring and enforcement of school rules.
• Lead Student Support Team meetings and train staff on MTSS alignment.
