Job summary

Dailey Middle School, part of the Del Valle Independent School District in Austin, TX, is seeking an Enrichment Program Specialist to coordinate on-campus enrichment and tutoring services. You will collaborate with principals, teachers, community partners, and vendors to manage schedules, enrollment, and events.

Your role includes facilitating after-school programs, gathering data, reporting, and supporting parent community liaison activities to promote student achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years experience in a related position
• CPR Certified or within 90 days of employment
• Fingerprinting background check required (non-refundable ~$50)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-campus enrichment and tutoring program services with principals, teachers, students, community stakeholders and vendors.
• Register participants in enrichment and tutoring programs with campus principal or district coordinators.
• Facilitate after-school and tutoring programs, coordinate data reporting and events with administrators and parents.
• Assist with data management and reporting; ensure TEKS alignment and district goals.
• Support recruitment, training and supervision of instructors and staff.
• Maintain program records, calendar, and outreach activities to promote parent involvement.
